Marketing Strategy at Peta Careers
Audience research and career playbooks that traveled
TL;DR — As Associate of Marketing Strategy at Peta Careers (Batch 6, Nov 2024–May 2025), I researched and wrote career education content — including a Global Talent Mobility guide that earned 190+ organic interactions — finishing with an evaluation grade of 80.94/100.
The Context
Peta Careers is a career accelerator helping young Indonesian professionals step into multinational, remote, and international career paths.
I handled audience research, topic structuring, and editorial writing. Visual design belonged to our graphic designers, and social copy was adapted by copywriting teammates.
Global Talent Mobility Playbook
Indonesian graduates dreaming of remote or overseas roles hit the same walls: confusing multinational application filters, intimidating behavioral interviews, and few resources that explain global hiring demand in plain language.
To bridge that, I researched and wrote "Buat Kariermu Go Internasional dengan Global Talent Mobility" (January 2025) — a carousel that turned heavy labor statistics into mobile-friendly slides.

Key points covered:
- PwC data: 57% of global enterprises face acute workforce shortages.
- Top destinations: Australia, Germany, and Japan — across software engineering, data science, and healthcare.
- Practical steps: building portfolios that international recruiters can verify.

The guide became one of the most shared posts in our cohort, generating 190+ direct organic interactions.
Brand Strategy & Local Case Studies
I also wrote breakdowns on how modern brands build memorable, relatable identities.

Plus an analysis of how top Indonesian brands handle short-form video: Gojek on TikTok alongside Indomie on Instagram Reels.

Practical Copywriting & Career Guides
To keep the editorial pipeline practical, I wrote guides on conversion copywriting and hybrid career paths — social captions that drive real action, and how visual design and marketing analytics support each other on modern growth teams.

Cohort Evaluation
Our editorial team kept consistent publishing schedules and cross-functional check-ins throughout the six months. At the close of Batch 6, my work was recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation and a final grade of 80.94/100.

What Stood Out
"Good career-education content doesn't need fancy jargon. Distill complex labor data into clear, encouraging steps, and people can immediately act."
