Marketing Communications at AIBI
Company Profile 2025, national incubator mapping, and brand assets
TL;DR — As Marketing Communications Intern at AIBI (Feb–Aug 2025), I turned scattered records of 150+ business incubators into the official 40-page AIBI Company Profile 2025, plus brand assets for national programs like AIBI Connect and partnerships with Bank Indonesia.
The Context
AIBI (Asosiasi Inkubator Bisnis Indonesia) is the national body for university, government, and private business incubators — hubs that nurture thousands of early-stage startups from Sumatra to Papua.
Records of member incubators lived in scattered spreadsheets and old survey sheets. Nobody could answer simple questions like which incubators operate in each province, or how their tenant startups actually perform.
What I Did
I audited and organized data for 150+ active incubators, then translated it into regional maps, sector breakdowns, and growth graphics that non-technical readers could scan quickly.
With executive leadership, I led the editorial layout and visual design of the 40-page Company Profile 2025 — covering all 29 provinces and a three-decade milestone timeline.

Beyond the publication, I designed promotional assets for national programs — including AIBI Connect with Credit Bureau Indonesia (15 May 2025), which brought together leaders from CBI, BNI Ventures, and portfolio founders on financial viability for scaling ventures.

I also documented institutional engagements — partnership initiation with DEKS Bank Indonesia (Islamic Economics and Finance) and a facilitated study visit to Solo Technopark.

Program Completion
The 6-month tenure closed with an official internship certificate issued by the national board.

What Stood Out
"Data without visual structure is just administrative noise. Turning scattered spreadsheets into a clean, verified publication helped leaders and founders actually see Indonesia's incubation landscape."
